CPCS Plant Operators - SVQ

Upgrading Red CPCS Trained Operator Card to a Blue Competent Operator Card

Your Red Trained Operator Card will expire after 2 years of it being issued unless you have achieved the relevant VQ.
The red card cannot be renewed but it can be extended until you have completed your SVQ.

We can provide the necessary assessment and verification service to assist you in achieving the full VQ.

VQ candidates will be expected to achieve the award in the timescale shown in the assessment plan as agreed with the assessor.

The process is as follows:-

This involves collection of target evidence and a site based assessment visit.

All information will be included in the candidate’s portfolio.

Failure to meet with the assessment plan may result in additional assessment visits.
