From 4th December 2011, the rules on applying for and holding standard goods or PSV operator's licences and those for transport managers are changing. The aim is for there to be a uniform, modern and effective set of rules across Europe that promotes fair competition.
VOSA are sending out letters accompanied by a questionnaire and a guide to the changes. The questionnaire is to confirm details of transport managers and gather extra information as required by the new regulations.
One of the questions on the questionnaire asks for information about certificates of professional competence. If you have lost or misplaced your certificate and took the exam at our centre, please contact us as we may have a copy on file. *Handy Hint* A copy of your certificate may be with your initial 'O' Licence application. Alternatively, a new certificate can be purchased from the OCR.
How do I get a replacement CPC certificate?
Download a replacement certificate form using the link below. Complete the form and send to the OCR with proof of ID and payment. This service costs £36.00. The OCR advise there is a maximum 28 day turn around for production of certificates. We expect there to be a higher demand for this service and are advising customers to apply as soon as possible.
